Small but beautiful, town but graceful- this is how we can describe Rajnand Gaon, a place near Raipur, Chhattisgarh. A fantabulous Kavi sammelan was organised at Rajnand Gaon on the occasion of birthday of Mr Raman Singh, the former CM of Chhattisgarh. An immense audience of around 50000 was present over there to enjoy the event. A “Cream Team” pulled up its socks to spruce up that amazing evening.

Tarak Mehta fame Mr Shailesh Lodha, Hariom Panwar, Laughter Champion Shambhu Shikhar, Dr Bhuwan Mohini, Padmshri awarded Surendra Dubey, Aman Akshar were committed to make this event memorable for each and every person.
Mr Raman Singh came forward to do the honour of all poets. Then, the Vandana of the Goddess of knowledge Maa Saraswati took place.
A renewed poet of laughter Mr Shambhu Shikhar started the Kavi sammelan and entertained the audience for around 1hour. A young, popular and dynamic poet Aman Akshar came as second poet and spellbound the audience. The only poetess of the event Dr Bhuvan Mohini added cherry on the cake and with her beautiful and soul touching poetry and comic comments. This sequence was succeeded by Padmshri awarded Dr Surendra Dubey. He gave really a jaw dropping performance in pure Chhattisgarh flavour. Now the Lion of the Kavi Sammelan Dr Hariom Panwar came forward and he proved by his performance that why he has been ruling the stage for last 5 decades. His every line was adding immense energy and enthusiasm in the clapping of the audience.
And last but not at all the least Tarak Mehta fame Mr Shailesh Lodha came as the show stopper. He literally hypnotised the audience. Evey face was smiling, every pair of lips was syncing with him and every heart was getting filled with magic, charisma and soulful words.
Nobody was looking at the watch and the event tied the time for 5 hours. This is what we call true magic.
